Initial contact requires little data. We do not need your personal history to respond.
Programme of interest
We also save your language and, if selected, the programme you are interested in to help the team respond.
Controller and purpose
ACG, tax ID 76953019X, Av Ribera Baixa, 46612 Corbera, Valencia, processes data under the Sportmance brand. Contact: info@sportmance.com. We use your name, email, phone number, chosen service and specialty to respond to your request with your consent. Your chosen language helps us organise sessions in Spanish or English. It is stored with your request under the same access and retention conditions and is excluded from Google Chat notifications.
Data and access
We also record a reference, dates, the accepted privacy version and processing status. We do not request psychological information, diagnoses, documents or third-party data. Only authorised staff can access the private inbox.
Providers and notifications
The website and requests are hosted on our VPS, managed with Plesk. Clerk provides authentication for administrative access. Google Chat receives only a notification with a reference, service and protected link, without your contact details. Email uses the infrastructure configured for sportmance.com.
Retention and rights
We retain requests while needed to respond and review that need when processing is closed. You may withdraw consent and request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability by emailing info@sportmance.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We do not subscribe you to advertising or use these requests to train AI.
